We are sure you will agree that the recent months have impacted on almost every individual and business in some shape or form. However, as we start to see some light at the end of the tunnel, we wanted to bring to your attention the new policies and procedures the Community Programme will be introducing to our camps this summer.
We are confident our camps will run as planned but with fundamental changes to ensure your children enjoy the best and primarily safest Soccer Camp experience.
Please be assured that the additional precautions in place will be absolutely in line with government guidelines and recommendations.
We will aim to conduct camps with a ratio of one coach for every 10 participants and only expand groups when the official guidance allows us to do so.
We will be implementing strict sign-in procedures, with each age group being separated at the beginning, during and end of the day. Sign-in locations and group allocations will be fully communicated to you on the day of your arrival.
Each group will be required to stay in their allocated areas throughout the day. There will be strict guidelines implemented to avoid the sharing of food and drinks and we will ensure the thorough washing of hands at regular intervals. Child to child contact will be limited within all groups, unless updated guidelines permit otherwise.
Our coaches will have their own hand sanitiser and all equipment will be cleaned throughout the day.
Further, to ensure we provide the safest of environments, no child will be permitted to attend who has been exposed to or shown symptoms of COVID-19 without a doctor’s authorisation.
Our priority this summer is to provide your children with the optimum Soccer Camp experience whilst maintaining absolute safety for everyone in attendance.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times.
