Goalkeeper School with SWFC keeper Joe Wildsmith

The Sheffield Wednesday Community Foundation’s FA qualified coaches provide a rewarding educational and fun football coaching experience for girls & boys aged 5-14 years, regardless of background or skill level.

We welcome players of all abilities; encouraging beginners as well as nurturing our future football stars! Our Soccer Camps are also a cost effective way of ensuring children spend their holidays at SWFC Training Ground, S6 1 TF on Tuesday 28th May. Keeping fit and healthy from 9am – 4pm – and never bored.

For more information please contact the Participation team on [email protected] or complete our booking form below and make your payment via PayPal.

SORRY, THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO UPCOMING GOALKEEPER SCHOOL SESSIONS. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER.
What is the age range?

All attendees must be between 5 and 13 years of age.

What times to the sessions start & finish?

All Soccer Camps start at 9:00am so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time. The days end is 4:00pm so again, if you or you child are being collected please make sure your arrival is prompt.

Do I need to provide a packed lunch?

Yes, please provide your child with a packed lunch, drinks (or a refillable bottle) and snacks. We have regular breaks throughout the day and of course water is available throughout.

What happens in bad weather?

When the weather conditions are awful we can move the sessions inside the indoor training area. However, please ensure your child has suitable clothing for the weather forecast including a waterproof.

Can parents stay and watch or do they have to drop kids off and collect later?

Its perfectly acceptable for parents to watch however, we advise against it. They are full day sessions and its useful for a child to full focus on what he/she is doing.
