Sheffield Wednesday and its Community Programme (SWFCCP) have had a positive reception with the Kickstart programme, and as before, we are aiming to continue that success through the addition of a number of new positions that are available through the Kickstart scheme.
The Kickstart Scheme offers young people who have been hit the hardest by the coronavirus pandemic the chance to gain valuable work experience with six-month contracts that are subsidised by the government.
The positions that we are opening are:
- 9 x Teaching Assistants
- 1 x Marketing Officer
- 1 x Cleaner
- 1 x Personal Trainer
- 1 x Pastoral Lead
- 2 x Groundsperson
- 2 x Community Sports Coach
All of the above positions are only available to people aged 16-24 and are on Universal Credit.
If you are interested in any of these positions, get in touch with your work coach who can help set you up with us at Sheffield Wednesday.
