If you’re new to the Fit Club scheme, it is a weekly fitness programme which combines the teaching of fundamental healthy lifestyle topics, with physical training and activities at Hillsborough Stadium.
It’s aimed at those who want to see a fitter, leaner and healthier version of themselves. With the extra benefit of meeting new like-minded people.
The next Fit Club programme will begin on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 at the Hillsborough Stadium 6 to 8pm – a great setting for your new fitness journey.
Even better, the whole 10-week programme costs only £20!
After you have completed the 10 week course, Fit Club ‘graduates’ can then become a Member and attend regular Fitness Circuit Classes which take place Monday and Wednesday Evenings, Tuesdays and Thursday Mornings – to maintain and improve your new and improved fitness level.
Fit Club Members become a tight community with organised trips, events and walks with the Sheffield Wednesday Community Staff.
